Childhood Is the Key To Our Future

Very interesting thought and troubling one, too. In the past, when children were free to roam their neighborhoods, engage in ever-ending play, engage in the arts, and allowed to be children, that statement was very true. Creativity is the heart of our future. When we are creative, we are able to effectively problem-solve and engage in innovative thinking. The past few decades, have carved out natural opportunities for play for children. I suspect that this will lead to less creativity, an increase in poor problem-solving skills, and stressed out children and adults. We definitely need to get back to the basics when it comes to educating children. Although technology
