The Dance of CZF

Within us all there is a struggle between what we fear and our natural inclination to remain in our comfort zone. Living in the comfort zone is safe. It leads us to only follow one train of thought, perhaps what is expected. This is often fueled by fear, another natural emotion responses to the unknown. Moving beyond our comfort zone is critical in process of change. When we step outside our box with open eyes, we may find a sea of possibilities. Possibilities that we never new existed beyond our current situations. The task of moving from what was once done to a new possibility is shedding our fear. When fear increases, we generally do one of two things: Flee or fight. Either can be a option in the right circumstance as well as being the wrong one. The question we should ask ourselves is whether or not we want to continue the Dance of CZF or the struggle we go through when we try to manage our fears and desire to refrain in our comfort zone.
